2. Purchases & Payment Terms

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please note:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped outside our country of origin may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Clearance Delays: Customs processing may delay your order beyond the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for such delays or any resulting fees.
- Additional Fees: If your order is held by customs or delayed, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order if you change your mind. To initiate a return or exchange, please:
- Fill out the Returns and Exchange Form (link to be provided).
- Email the completed form to customerservice@eklektiq.com and include your order number and contact information.
- Note: Returns and exchanges are at your own risk and expense. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If returned items arrive to us damaged, only a 50% refund will be issued.
Damaged Deliveries
We take care to pack and ship your order safely. If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We typically offer replacements for damaged items and may provide additional compensation in certain cases. Full refunds are not offered for damaged items.
- If you choose not to receive a replacement, you may initiate a return or contact us to arrange an alternative solution.
- Important: Take clear photos of both the damaged product and packaging. Include these in your email along with your order number and relevant details to customerservice@eklektiq.com.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time
Each order is made just for you! Once your purchase is complete, your item will be printed and prepared for shipping. This process typically takes 2 to 4 business days. As we operate on a made-to-order model, slight variations in processing time may occur depending on demand.
Shipping Locations & Fulfillment
We collaborate with a network of professional printing partners around the world. Depending on your location, your order will be printed either at our main office in Poland or at the nearest available production facility to help minimize delivery time and reduce environmental impact.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted regional and international carriers including:
DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, and others, based on your shipping destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Some express or expedited shipping options may incur additional charges.
Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking details, which will be provided via email once your package has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@eklektiq.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect delivery addresses or issues beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
Delivery Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your order confirmation, contact us immediately so we can attempt to make corrections before shipping.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. For international shipments, customs clearance procedures can also impact delivery timelines.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind – 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so at your own risk and expense. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by us.
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Wait for confirmation before sending any items back.
Returned items must arrive in original condition. If any item is returned damaged, we can only offer a 50% refund.
Damaged Deliveries
